Born in Dublin, Adaramola began playing youth football with St Mochta’s before joining the renowned St Kevin’s Boys academy. He moved to England in 2015 after joining Crystal Palace’s academy at Under-12 level.

Adaramola progressed through the Palace youth system and signed his first professional contract in 2020. He made his senior debut in February 2022, starting an FA Cup victory over Hartlepool United before also featuring against Stoke City in the following round.

The defender joined Coventry City on loan in the summer of 2022, although the spell was cut short without a senior league appearance. He later gained regular first-team experience abroad with Belgian side RWD Molenbeek during the second half of the 2023/24 season.

Adaramola spent the following campaign on loan in League Two. He initially joined Stockport County before moving to Bradford City in January 2025, making 16 league appearances as the Bantams secured promotion.

He began the 2025/26 season on loan with Leyton Orient and made 18 appearances before returning to Crystal Palace midway through the campaign.

On 1 February 2026, Adaramola joined Sheffield Wednesday on loan for the remainder of the season. He made his Owls debut away to Swansea City and quickly established himself as a regular on the left side, making 16 Championship appearances.

Following the conclusion of his loan, Adaramola returned to Crystal Palace. He subsequently rejoined Sheffield Wednesday on a permanent basis in July 2026.

Adaramola represented the Republic of Ireland at Under-17, Under-19 and Under-21 level before receiving his first senior call-up in May 2026. He made his senior international debut in a friendly victory over Grenada.
