Sheffield Wednesday have two fixture changes to note in November, one in each cup competition.
Oldham FA Cup tie live on TV
The Emirates FA Cup first round tie away at Oldham Athletic has been selected for live broadcast coverage. It will now be played on Sunday 8 November, kick-off 5:15pm.
Relegation means Wednesday start at the first-round stage this season, and the draw has handed them a trip that takes Davis Keillor-Dunn back to his old club. Last season's run ended at the first hurdle, when a young side lost 2-0 at home to Brentford in the third round. The last time the Owls entered this early, in 2022/23, they beat Morecambe 2-0 and went on to reach the fourth round.
Accrington Trophy game moved
The Owls' Jersey Mike's Trophy clash with Accrington Stanley at Hillsborough has been moved to Wednesday 11 November, kick-off 7:00pm.
That means Wednesday will play two cup games in four days, travelling to Boundary Park on the Sunday before welcoming Accrington to S6 three days later.
